Statistics on cereals and protein and oilseed purchased, used and stockpiled

The statistics on cereals purchased, used and stockpiled by industry and trade represent the procurement volumes of cereals, turnip rape and rapeseed by industry and trade, and the amount of their use and stocks. The information is collected using a questionnaire. Information about procurement and use volumes is published quarterly, and information about stock volumes is published twice a year.
