Statistics Finland collects number data on issued parking fine decisions, demands for payment, parking fines in recovery proceedings, uses of wheel clamps, and claims settlement decisions directed at transfer and storage costs based on the Act on parking control (727/2011).
The data are used to compile statistics on municipal parking control. The data collection is carried out annually.
