Data on support for learning in pre-primary education in early childhood education

The legislation on support for learning and school attendance provided in pre-primary and comprehensive education was reviewed starting from 1 August 2025. Statistics Finland carries out an inquiry on data concerning support for learning, which cannot be stored in the Koski database due to legislation. The data are collected on assignment of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The data collected cover recipients of child-specific support measures and data on pre-primary education groups on 20 September 2026. The inquiry will be carried out in autumn 2026.
