Turnover of construction enterprises fell by nearly 2 per cent in April to June from the year before
The turnover of construction enterprises contracted by 1.8 per cent in the second quarter of 2013 from the year before. The turnover of building construction declined by 4.5 per cent and that of civil engineering by 1.5 per cent. In turn, the turnover of specialised construction activities grew by 0.7 per cent.

The sales volume of construction enterprises went down by 2.9 per cent year-on-year in the April to June period. The sales volume of building construction fell by 6.1 per cent, that of civil engineering by 1.8 per cent and that of specialised construction activities by 1.0 per cent.
The volume index of enterprises’ sales is calculated by removing the effect of price changes from the turnover index series.
