Turnover of construction enterprises grew by one per cent year-on-year in September to November

The turnover of construction enterprises increased by 1.0 per cent in September to November 2013 from the year before. The turnover of specialised construction activities increased by 1.5 per cent and that of civil engineering by 0.8 per cent. The turnover of civil engineering fell by 0.1 per cent.

Three months' year-on-year change in turnover of construction (TOL 2008)

The sales volume of construction enterprises was 0.3 per cent up year-on-year in September to November 2013. The sales volume of specialised construction activities grew by 0.7 per cent. In building construction, the sales volume contracted by 0.1 per cent and in civil engineering by 0.4 per cent.

The volume index of enterprises’ sales is calculated by removing the effect of price changes from the turnover index series.
