Turnover of construction enterprises grew by 2.6 per cent year-on-year in January to March
The turnover of construction enterprises increased by 2.6 per cent in the first quarter of 2014 from the year before. The turnover of civil engineering grew by 4.4 per cent. The turnover of specialised construction activities increased by 2.5 per cent and that of civil engineering by 2.2 per cent.
Three months' year-on-year change in turnover of construction (TOL 2008)
The sales volume of construction enterprises was 2.5 per cent up year-on-year in January to March. The sales volume of civil engineering grew by 3.6 per cent, the sales volume of specialised construction activities increased by 2.5 per cent and that of building construction by 2.2 per cent.
The volume index of enterprises’ sales is calculated by removing the effect of price changes from the turnover index series.
