Price index of public expenditure rose in local government finances and in central government

According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, the price index of public expenditure rose in central government by 4,7 per cent in the third quarter of 2022 compared with one year earlier. The price index of local government finances rose by 4,7 per cent and the price index of basic municipal services by 4,2 per cent over the same period.

Change

The release of database tables was delayed for technical reasons. The tables were released on 30.10.2023.
