Housing companies' maintenance costs rose in 2021

According to Statistics Finland, the maintenance costs of housing companies averaged EUR 4.68 per square metre per month in 2021. Maintenance costs went up by 5.6 per cent from the previous year. In blocks of flats, the average maintenance costs were EUR 5.26 and in terraced houses EUR 3.88 per square metre per month.
