release | Employment 2020According to Statistics Finland, the most common occupations at the end of 2020 were shop sales assistants (101,500), health care assistants (79,800) and nurses (73,000). In these occupational groups, the majority of employed persons were women. The socio-economic group was self-employed for 238,000 employed persons, upper-level employees for 554,000, workers for 624,000 and lower-level employees for 822,000.
