According to Statistics Finland, there were 55 labour disputes in Finland in 2021. The number fell clearly from the previous year, when there were 108 labour disputes. The number of employees involved in labour disputes was around 22,500 and the number of working days lost was around 34,100. The number of labour disputes also includes strike threats. The number of actual labour disputes in 2021 was 50 and there were five strike threats.
