Building costs rose by 6.2 per cent in January year-on-year
releaseAccording to Statistics Finland, building costs rose by 6.2 per cent in January 2023 from one year back. Among materials, the biggest increases in the year were recorded in heat insulation ,18.6 %. Heat, water and sewer materials increased 13.9 %. The costs of timber structures fell 6.7 % from the previous year.
