Value of renovation projects carried out by construction enterprises was EUR 10.4 billion in 2023

According to Statistics Finland, the value of building projects was EUR 22.7 billion in construction enterprises with at least five employees in 2023. Of the projects, EUR 10.4 billion were directed at renovation building and EUR 12.4 billion at newbuilding. From 2022, the value of renovation building fell by around 11 per cent and the value of newbuilding by about 25 per cent.
