Output of the national economy grew in August 2024

According to Statistics Finland, output adjusted for working days grew by 1.9 per cent in August 2024 from the previous year’s level. Seasonally adjusted output for August grew by 0.4 per cent from the month before. Working day adjusted primary production grew by 12.0 per cent, secondary production by 1.9 per cent and service industries by 1.5 per cent from August 2023.
