Value of renovation projects carried out by construction enterprises was EUR 10.4 billion in 2024

According to Statistics Finland, the value of building projects was EUR 21.6 billion in construction enterprises with at least five employees in 2024. Of the projects, EUR 10.4 billion were directed at renovation building and EUR 11.2 billion at newbuilding. From 2023, the value of renovation building rose by 0.6 per cent and the value of newbuilding fell by 9.7 per cent.
