Entrepreneurial income from agriculture improved slightly in 2024

release | Economic accounts for agriculture (EAA) 31.12.2024According to Statistics Finland, entrepreneurial income from agriculture totalled EUR 1,137 million in 2024, which is 5.3 per cent higher than one year earlier. The value of output of agriculture remained almost on level with the previous year despite the fall in producer prices. The prices of production inputs decreased by an average of around five per cent, as a result of which the value of intermediate consumption was nearly four per cent lower than in the year before.
