Read more about the changeAccording to Statistics Finland, indebted household-dwelling units had an average debt of 161 per cent relative to their disposable monetary income at the end of 2024. The indebtedness ratio decreased slightly from the previous year. The indebtedness ratio of household-dwelling units with housing loans was 213 per cent. For household-dwelling units with only non-housing debt, the indebtedness ratio was 65 per cent.
