Immigration decreased in Finland in 2025
releaseAccording to Statistics Finland, 51,121 immigrants moved to Finland in 2025. Immigration remained relatively high, although the number went down by around 12,800 from 2024. Emigration from Finland rose slightly from the previous years, being 19,888 in 2025. As a result, net immigration also fell from the previous year, being 31,233 in 2025.
