Number of overnight stays by non-resident tourists at accommodation establishments in Lapland continued growing in December 2025

According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, 1.93 million overnight stays were recorded at accommodation establishments in December 2025. The number of nights spent by resident tourists was 0.95 million and that of nights spent by non-resident tourists 0.98 million. The total number of overnight stays increased by three per cent from the year before.
