The prices presented in the calculator are aggregated averages. The prices of individual completed projects may differ from them. The result of the calculator does not include taxes.
Thirty-two price groups were formed from the categories of intended use of buildings. They are based on the national Classification of Buildings 2018.
The location municipalities of buildings are grouped according to the price level of construction into six areas. Greater Helsinki is area 1 and, for example, the prices of newbuilding in Helsinki and Vantaa are the same.
Characteristics that affect the regional newbuilding price by intended use include the size and form of the building, structures, intended use of spaces, interior conditions as well as equipment and systems.
