This inquiry is closed.

The persons selected to the survey will receive a letter by post asking them to take part in the survey on a web form. The letter contains instructions for responding on the web form and a personal Identifier, which is used to respond on the form. The paper questionnaire is sent later to those respondents who prefer to respond to the postal inquiry.

It will take approximately fifteen minutes to respond.

It is very important that each person selected for the survey participates, as no respondent can be replaced with another respondent. Your response is very important for the success of the study, even if you have no experience of the phenomena.
