Figures of the index of wage and salary earnings for the year 2015 were corrected for individual industries

The chain index calculation method was adopted in the index of wage and salary earnings in the 2015=100 index. The figures for 2015 have been corrected once after 30 May 2017, when they were published as final. The correction of the figures was due to the one-off updating of the weight structure of the base year.

The size of the corrections was one decimal one way or another and they concern point figures in individual industries. Industries and periods where the above-mentioned corrections occur:

Index of wage and salary earnings:

• 13–15 Textile and clothing industry (2015/Q1)
• 13–15 Textile and clothing industry hourly-paid (2015/Q1 and 2015/Q4)
• 64, 66 Financing (2015/Q4)

Index of regular earnings:

• 13–15 Textile and clothing industry (2015/Q1)
• 13–15 Textile and clothing industry hourly-paid (2015/Q1 and 2015/Q4)
• E Water supply and waste management monthly-paid (2015/Q1)
• 64, 66 Financing (2015/Q4)
• 71–72 Technical services (2015/Q2)

The corrected figures are indicated in red in the tables published on 30 May 2017:
