Release calendar of statistics
Description: The statistics contain monthly and annual information on slaughter volumes (number of carcasses and weight in kilos) and average carcass weights. The statistics also include information about frozen stocks of beef and pork. The statistics are based on data collected monthly from slaughterhouses and on information animal registers.
