Building costs rose by 0.2 per cent in December year-on-year
According to Statistics Finland, building costs rose by 0.2 per cent in December 2019 from one year back. Labour costs rose by 1.1 per cent and the prices of services by 0.9 per cent compared with December of the previous year. The prices of materials fell by 0.5 per cent from one year ago.
Long term development of the Building Cost Index
In December, the total index of building costs remained on level with November. Labour costs went up by 0.2 per cent and the prices of materials went down by 0.2 per cent. The prices of services remained unchanged from the previous month.
