Reversed liability for value added tax was introduced in construction services

Reversed liability for value added tax was introduced in construction services in Finland in April 2011 (Government proposal 41/2010). The revision causes changes to the periodic tax return data used as the data source data for these statistics starting from the data for April 2011. Efforts have been made to eliminate the impact of the tax reform on turnover indices by revising the rule for the formation of turnover. The data on turnover compiled according to the revised formation rule are as comparable as possible with the previous data on turnover
