Corona situation report of 18 June 2020: Experimental statistics describe the effects of the exceptional situation
In this situation report we collect recent statistical data describing the corona situation and the release times of upcoming statistics. Due to the corona situation we have accelerated the production of data describing the exceptional circumstances. We publish statistics deviating from ordinary statistics production once a week for the time being and compile data on them into this news item.

The corona situation report published weekly during the spring months will pause after the exceptional circumstances have ended. Decisions on the future publication of the situation report will be made at the beginning of August. Statistics Finland's statistics describing the corona situation are also collected on the corona pages of its websites in summer. Eurostat also updates the Covid-19 page where you can find much information and data describing the situation on the EU level.

The Library of Statistics is still closed to personal visitors and the lending service functions as agreed. Kindly contact the information services in advance about loan pickups. The lending service is on a summer break between 15 July and 15 August 2020. The information services will serve normally throughout the summer.
