The number of reported rape offences grew by 27.7 per cent. The number of assaults by persons aged under 15 grew by 23.4 per cent from the year before.

- The number of suspects of solved assaults aged under 15 was slightly under 2,200. This is 23.4 per cent more than one year earlier
- Eighty-seven per cent of the suspects of solved assaults aged under 15 were boys.
- In cases of assaults committed by persons aged under 15, the victim was underage in approximately 80 per cent of cases.
- The number of offences against the Criminal Code recorded by the authorities fell by 11.2 per cent from 2020.
