According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased throughout Finland in November. In the whole country prices went down by 3.4 per cent from the previous year and by 1.2 per cent from October. Among large towns, prices decreased most in Helsinki and Tampere, in Oulu prices were on level with the previous year. In November, 38 per cent fewer sales of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses were made through real estate agents than one year earlier.
