release | Prices of dwellings in housing companies 2024, MayAccording to Statistics Finland’s preliminary data, prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased in the whole country in May by 2.8 per cent from the previous year and rose by 1.0 per cent from the previous month. In all large towns except for Oulu, prices went down from the year before. The fall in prices was biggest in Turku (-5.6%) and Helsinki (-4.4%).

- Prices of old dwellings in housing companies went down by 3.5 per cent in Greater Helsinki from the previous year.
- From the previous month, prices rose by 2.3 per cent in Greater Helsinki.
- Prices of dwellings in blocks of flats went down by 3.4 per cent in the whole country and prices of dwellings in terraced houses by 1.5 per cent compared to one year ago.
- In April, 4.3 per cent more sales of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses were made through real estate agents than one year earlier.
