According to Statistics Finland’s preliminary data, prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased in the whole country in May by 2.8 per cent from the previous year and rose by 1.0 per cent from the previous month. In all large towns except for Oulu, prices went down from the year before. The fall in prices was biggest in Turku (-5.6%) and Helsinki (-4.4%).
