According to Statistics Finland’s preliminary data, the prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 2.7 per cent year-on-year in the whole country in November 2024. Compared with the previous month, prices decreased by 1.5 per cent. Among large towns, prices rose only in Oulu, by 1.3 per cent. Prices declined most in Tampere (-5.0%) and in Vantaa (-4.8%).
