Prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 2.7 per cent year-on-year in November 2024

According to Statistics Finland’s preliminary data, the prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 2.7 per cent year-on-year in the whole country in November 2024. Compared with the previous month, prices decreased by 1.5 per cent. Among large towns, prices rose only in Oulu, by 1.3 per cent. Prices declined most in Tampere (-5.0%) and in Vantaa (-4.8%).

  • In November, 1 per cent more sales of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses were made through real estate agents than one year earlier.
