EUR 3.9 billion used on renovating non-residential buildings in 2024

According to Statistics Finland, EUR 3.9 billion was spent on renovating non-residential buildings in 2024. Compared to the previous year, the value of non-residential building renovations increased by 9.6 per cent. Of types of buildings, the value of renovations of commercial and office buildings grew most, by 22.3 per cent.
