Prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 2.4 per cent in October 2025 from one year ago

According to Statistics Finland’s preliminary data, the prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 2.4 per cent year-on-year across the entire country in October 2025. Compared with the previous month, prices remained unchanged. Prices declined in all large towns relative to a year ago. Prices declined most in Espoo (-6.6%) and in Vantaa (-6.4%).

  • In the whole country, prices of dwellings in blocks of flats decreased by 3.1 per cent and prices of dwellings in terraced houses by 0.7 per cent compared with the previous year.
  • In October, 4 per cent more sales of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses were made through real estate agents than one year earlier.
