Prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 4.1 per cent year-on-year in March 2026

According to Statistics Finland’s preliminary data, the prices of old dwellings in housing companies decreased by 4.1 per cent year-on-year in the whole country in March 2026. Compared with the previous month, prices decreased by 0.1 per cent. Among large towns, prices rose only in Oulu, by 2.2 per cent. Prices declined most in Vantaa (-9.2%) and in Helsinki (-5.7%).

  • In March, 9 per cent less sales of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses were made through real estate agents than one year earlier.
