Other factors affecting the price

Permanent order

If you order a contract for at least three years, the price is reduced by 20 per cent.

Extent of order

If you order only a single piece of data in addition to identification data (Business ID/establishment code), such as the enterprise's industry data, the price is 40 per cent of the basic price.

Additional work

If the ordered data requires significant additional work (e.g. data are wanted in several different files or data from other data sources are combined to the data) EUR 115 per hour + VAT is charged for the additional work.

Number of annual deliveries

The data updating frequency affects the price as follows:

Number of deliveries
per year
Price

21.5
31.75
42
62.4

Intended use of the data

  • Own use (e.g. for research or survey purposes) at basic price
  • Group's own use: price coefficient 1.5
  • Use of data in business services: price coefficient 2.0

The coefficients increasing the price are calculated first and then the discount.

How is the number of establishments/enterprises in the price list calculated?

Unit data are sold on establishment and enterprise levels in the Business Register information service. Most of the data on establishments are single-establishment enterprises. Thus, the establishment data and enterprise data are interpreted as one row. In deliveries, establishment data are often produced as background data on the same row as enterprise level data

Multi-establishment establishments, which number around 50,000 (depending on the definition), are interpreted as separate rows. If the customer wants the establishment data and business data as separate records, for example, this is taken into account in the price to the extent that it causes work for our expert delivering the data.
