Building costs went up by one per cent year-on-year in March
Building costs were one per cent higher in March 2013 than in March 2012. The prices of labour inputs in construction went down by 0.4 per cent and the prices of materials and of other inputs went up by 1.7 per cent from one year ago. This is indicated by Statistics Finland's Building Cost Index 2010=100.

From February to March, the total index of building costs rose by 0.2 per cent. The prices of labour remained unchanged, the prices of materials went up by 0.3 per cent and those of other inputs by 0.2 per cent.
