Building costs rose by 0.5 per cent in June year-on-year
Errors have been detected in the release. The data has been corrected 2 December 2020 .
According to Statistics Finland, building costs rose by 0.5 per cent in June 2020 compared with the previous year's June. Labour costs rose by 0.6 per cent and the prices of services by 0.5 per cent compared with June of the previous year. The prices of materials rose by 0.4 per cent from one year ago.
Long term development of the Building Cost Index
From May to June, the total index of building costs increased by 0.2 per cent. The labour costs and prices of services remained unchanged from the previous month, but the prices of materials increased by 0.4 per cent.
