Total working hours
In the structure of earnings statistics, total working hours are calculated on the basis of personal regular weekly working hours and the average paid hours of extra and overtime work. On-call hours are not included in total working hours. Total working hours describe the monthly working hours that form the basis for the payment of wages and salaries. In these statistics, the concept of total working hours does not refer to a working hours model agreed with an employment contract where total working hours have been agreed for the employment relationship.
