4. House price development elsewhere
In the fourth quarter of 2011, prices of dwellings have risen most year-on-year in Estonia, by 12.4 per cent. In Spain, Greece, the United States and in Russian urban areas prices of dwellings have gone down. In Britain, the prices remained almost unchanged. The sources used in the table are national statistics agencies, unless otherwise mentioned.
