Prosecutions, sentences and punishments: Data for 2024 will be supplemented with a database release on 8 September

Information about the change

The data of the statistics for 2024 will exceptionally be published in two parts due to the introduction of new source data. The key data were published in a release on 3 June 2026 and the rest of the data will be published in a database release on 8 September 2026. The database release contains data on decisions by courts of appeal, recidivism and bans on keeping animals, prohibitions on pursuing a business and hunting prohibitions.
