Statistics on offences and coercive measures: Database tables corrected

Description of the correction

The figures for Offences and infractions total and Offences against penal code for the years 1980–1999 were incorrect. When the tables were totalled, these categories were counted twice. The error occurred in connection with the 2025 release.
