Road traffic accidents involving personal injury known to the police in Finland and reported to Statistics Finland, which have co-ordinate data.
The statistics on road traffic accidents are published once a month as preliminary data. The final annual statistics on which the open geographic information is based will be completed approximately 13 months after the end of the statistical year.
The dataset can be used directly in Paikkatietoikkuna or by means of interface addresses in geographic information software.
