Building costs grew by 0.7 per cent year-on-year in May
According to Statistics Finland, building costs were 0.7 per cent higher in May 2014 than in May of the previous year. The prices of labour inputs in construction went up by 0.6 per cent, the prices of materials also grew by 0.6 per cent, and those of other inputs increased by 1.9 per cent from one year ago.
Building cost index 2010=100
From April to May, the total index of building costs rose by 0.6 per cent. The prices of labour inputs grew by 0.7 per cent, the prices of materials also increased by 0.7 per cent and those of other inputs went down by 0.1 per cent.
