Real estate prices: Database tables and publications corrected

Errors have been detected on 27 March 2026 in the price indices, prices per square metre and numbers of transactions concerning old one-dwelling houses. Transactions that should have been included are missing from the statistics. The error concerns the time period starting from the last quarter of 2024.
