GWP factors
GWP (Global Warming Potential) factors used in commensurating different greenhouse gases. The greenhouse gas inventory uses the factors of the IPCC Assessment Reports decided under the UNFCCC and the EU at a given time. The factors of the Fifth IPCC Assessment Report (AR5) are used in the EU reporting starting from the 2023 submission and in the Paris Agreement reporting from 2024 on.
