Free-time residence
A free-time residence refers to a summer cottage, a free-time residence or a residential building constructed permanently on the site of its location used as a holiday or free-time dwelling. Holiday cottages serving business purposes, holiday village buildings and allotment garden cottages are not considered free-time residential buildings.
All buildings where the intended use on the last day of the year is a free-time residential building or which are used as a free-time residential dwelling in the period in question are considered free-time residential buildings.
The floor area of a free-time residential building refers to its gross floor area.
