Real estate prices: Errors have been detected in the data of the statistics - the data should not be used

Errors have been detected on 27 March 2026 in the price indices, prices per square metre and numbers of transactions concerning old single-family houses. Transactions that should have been included are missing from the statistics. The error concerns the time period starting from the last quarter of 2024.
The erroneous data should not be used. The data will be corrected as soon as possible during April.
The errors concern these database tables:
- 13zp -- Price index of old single family houses (2020=100), quarterly
- 13zr -- Price index of old single family houses (2020=100), yearly
- 13zs -- Price index of old single family houses (1985=100, 2010=100, 2015=100), yearly
- 13zt -- Price index of old single family houses (1985=100, 2010=100, 2015=100), quarterly
- Table 12yj -- Average square meter prices of detached houses by municipality, in the Built environment service
